We are now pleased to be launching
our new brand, Nijinsky, dedicated to the
high-end Serviced Apartment sector.
Accordingly we seek a Contract Manager in London, UK.
Initially working from home, you will be responsible for helping to develop, plan and implement the structure of our new London sales office while obtaining serviced apartment contracts at the best available rates and maintaining them, plus identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Capable of liaising at the highest levels, you will be a self-motivated and commercially astute relationship builder who can demonstrate a track record of success in developing new, sustainable business growth.
You will be a passionate, driven professional with flair and a genuine desire to deliver world-class results, living in, or within easy reach of London. Experience of and contacts within the serviced apartment industry are essential.
Strong numerical and planning skills are a prerequisite - the ability to analyse and apply commercial data to support and drive business is essential.
